Please note that the official commencement of operations for the Type I Financial Instruments Business (Specially Permitted Intermediary Business for Unlisted Securities), including joining relevant self-regulatory organizations such as the Japan Securities Dealers Association, is targeted within the Company's current fiscal year. Once a detailed schedule has been finalized, a further announcement will be made.
HiJoJo is an independent Japanese asset management company founded in 2017 by Spyridon Mentzas. Since its founding, HiJoJo has sold funds investing in middle- to late-stage companies to Japanese investors through both in-person and online channels, with cumulative sales exceeding ¥60 billion (as of June 30, 2026). The Company has received investment from major Japanese financial institution groups as shareholders, including Credit Saison, Mizuho Securities, the SBI Group, Finatext Holdings, Mitsubishi UFJ Innovation Partners, Okasan Securities Group, Japan Investment Adviser, Monex Group, Pegasus Tech Ventures, i-nest capital, and SMBC Venture Capital.
